For over 7 years, we have been planning the construction of a new sports complex, but constantly encountered difficulties.
This month, the work finally began — and this is truly a great mercy of God! The first stage is the construction of a large field. This will greatly help us in our training: we will be able to accept more children and not pay for the rental of fields in our city, but, on the contrary, invite other teams to us. As a result, even more people will hear the Gospel!
Nadiya-2
Our Christian Soccer Club Nadıya has two adult teams. The Nadıya-2 team is boys aged 15–17 and adults. This is the second season for this team. We repeated last year’s result, and most importantly, we saved the team and acquired new players. Some of the boys are now playing on the main team, and some help in training with children as volunteers. Most of the boys are very friendly and open, and we build relationships, preach, and spend time together not only on the soccer field.
We ended the season on a very positive note and plan to continue in the future.
Nadiya U-11 team at the tournament
We had a very emotional, productive, and good tournament for children. Teams from all over the region came to compete for the championship. Our team won 3rd place in relentless matches, and for us, this is a huge achievement. It is nice to see the progress of the boys; it inspires and motivates us to continue and wait patiently for the fruit. We are the only team with Christian values, and it is an honor for us to convey our beliefs to our opponents in words and deeds during the game.
Nadiya Park Tournament
For this event, we gathered different age categories of our team and organized a soccer holiday: games, competitions, quizzes, testimonies, and the preaching of the Word. The goal of the tournament is to raise funds for the construction of a new field. Parents responded willingly and supported our fundraising.
