The Lord blesses the ministry of the Arab Church in the capital of Ukraine. Members of the church together with the pastor, brother Rafi, go out to the streets of Kyiv for evangelism. In markets, near subway stations, near hostels, they communicate with people and invite them to worship services. Also, our brother continues to hold personal meetings with people from other cultures, preaching to them about Christ.
Sunday school is held every Sunday in the church, where, in addition to the children of church members, their friends come, as well as children invited during evangelism events. Often people from different backgrounds gather there!
For the apologetic training of church members, after the general service, the pastor conducts discussions on the topics: “Why the Bible Is the Word of God?”, “End Times – the study of the Book of Revelation,” etc.
The Lord is expanding brother Rafi’s ministry to other regions. He had the opportunity to make an evangelistic trip to the cities of the western part of Ukraine, where many people from the Muslim culture now live, who were forced to move to safer places due to the war.
New projects and ideas for the development of media services are emerging. A small team is currently working on recording a series of sermons by Tim Keller, Paul Tripp, and John Piper in Arabic. In parallel with this, new short videos on various topics are released on the channel. Often, communication with channel subscribers is held afterward.
Here’s a testimonial from one of the channel’s subscribers, “We are a family from Syria, and we regularly listen to sermons even though we have to download them for hours because we rarely have electricity or internet connection.” – The daughter in this family uploads the videos and then the whole family watches them.
The church and our minister thank God that He brings new people to the church and every Sunday they have the opportunity to share with them the Good News about Christ’s love. He also thanks the new subscribers of the YouTube channel, for their interest in the content, and the opportunity to communicate with them afterward.
