Arkadiy Slyoza and Ruslana Kovalchuk prepared and did a distant summer camp for the children from needy families and the orphan high school kids and orphan students. They taught kids on “Where to Find Hope?” Hope was explained as a look into the future with anticipation based on God’s promises and His Word. Many campers are in a very difficult situation. They need a caring adult in their life who would support and instruct them.
They used means of communication with the students.
After the camp, our workers visited every camper and in compliance with quarantine requirements delivered essential food products which had been purchased thanks to our brothers and sisters from the Second Presbyterian Church, Memphis, USA. Every camper received clothes, shoes, books which had been gathered by Christian churches in Rivne. We were able to give two kids the used but good telephone and a laptop which will help them have an access to the distant learning online.
