Mikhail Kucherenko, pastor of the Church of the Holy Trinity from the city of Vladivostok, devotes a lot of time popularizing the daily reading of the Holy Scriptures.
Starting from the first days of the quarantine till now, he has been creating 15-minute audio which he recommends to listen in the morning right after a 5-minute New Testament passage reading. Mikhail spends 2-3 hours a day to prepare every podcast, studying theological literature and building it upon his own knowledge of the Bible. Of course, he seeks ideal sound quality and perfect content and at first did it mainly for their church members, but people started sending these audios to their friends.
Mikhail records them to his cell phone, but now he thinks he needs a recording device for better quality of the sound. Soon the podcasts had good reviews from more than 1,000 Russian speaking listeners in Russia, USA, Belarus, Ukraine, Mongolia, Germany. People receive podcasts through the groups in WhatsApp, they open and read the Scripture, they began to share the Word with their friends.
Podcasts on the Gospel of Matthew and Luke, the Epistles of Peter and Jude, Hebrews and James have already been recorded, and the work on Revelation is being completed.
