Thank God for the fact that in many educational institutions of Ukraine, there is an opportunity to conduct activities on spiritual and moral education.
In March, members of the Department of Christian Ethics, Arkady Slyoza and Ruslana Kovalchuk, held an exhibition of paintings “The Life of Jesus Christ in Works of Art” in three schools of the Sarny community. On March 6, in the gymnasium of the village. Glushitsa and in the elementary school of the village of Strilsk (grades 1–4 and preschoolers). On March 11, at the lyceum of the village Gorodets. On March 13, they visited the lyceum of the village of Kolodenka, Rivne district, with the exhibition. The teacher of Christian ethics organized a week of spirituality in the school, and the key event was our exhibition and Bibles as a gift for children and adults. Pray with us that the Lord will bless the listeners of the gospel and give them the desire to read the Bible, Christian magazines, and other spiritual literature in order to know our Savior Christ!
Brother Arkady Slyoza and the team go to the shelter in the village of Oleksandria, where classes are held with orphans. With a group of older children, they started classes based on the textbook “Character Education Lessons.” The first lesson was called Respect. The children were interested in it, and everyone wanted to write their names in the textbook. The ministers saw that some of them, even in the 3rd or 4th grade, still had difficulty reading and writing. Pray for God’s blessing on these children, that the Lord will see families who could adopt or take them under their care!
