Throughout the week, meetings with missionaries and friends were held in the churches Community of the Good Shepherd in Rivne and Source of Life in Zdolbuniv. We had an opportunity to hear about their blessings as they serve in God’s field. Also, the Word of God was preached by the pastors Oleksandr Kalinsky, Serhiy Kyrylenko, Vitaliy Fomin.

One of the most significant moments of the conference was the ordination of Mani Mohammed to the ministry of evangelism as a pastor-evangelist. We congratulate him on this significant event in his life and pray that the Lord will give him the strength to take responsibility of this difficult and honorable ministry.

At one of the services, Andriy Magyliuk gave a brief overview of his ministry in Yakutia. Our dear brother Sevak Parvanyan represented Armenia and shared about the recent events in the ministry there. There were also some brothers who brought good reports on the ministry in the Middle East, China, and Ukraine.

During the week, children and young people, brothers and sisters had special meetings with conference guests in various formats. Those who came to the conference for the first time said that they were pleasantly surprised by the home-like and informal atmosphere – the event without the solemn talks of the speakers, but with lively and easygoing fellowship.

On the last day of the conference, Vitaly Fomin shared his impressions of a short-term trip to Greece. He showed us on the map this part of the world as a thirsty country that needs missionaries. The conference participants also had the opportunity to get acquainted with a brother from Morocco, who serves in Odessa the people from the East, workers, tourists, students, refugees. As we were worshipping together, our church blessed Pavel Rudenko to go on a short-term trip to Pakistan.

All the events of the conference were geared toward motivating each participant to personally and effectively participate in the Great Commission. At the conference, the essence of the glorious mystery – Christ is in us and the hope of glory for the Church was unpacked in great details. As Christians, we were encouraged to evangelize the unreached with boldness and a great delight, as well as remember our calling to participate prayerfully and financially in the spread of God’s Kingdom.
