Your support is a big encouragement for us.

Thank you for being zealous about spreading the Gospel among all the nations with us! We have written about several events of the month which we are thankful God for and which we are asking to pray for.

Sing to the LORD, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.”

1 Chronicles 16:23-24

Our God is the Father for Orphans

It is very hard to choose the right path and get what one wants in a society when you have no one. That is why our mission workers are encouraged by God to perform outreach and social work with the kids who graduated from orphanages. We ran a summer camp called Jesus is My Way in the village of Polyana, Transcarpathian region, together with the people from the Second Presbyterian Church, Memphis, and Christian volunteers. We are grateful to God for this opportunity to serve and for the boys and girls He saved through this ministry! Thank you for your participation and support!

Visual Street Evangelization

Summer is a wonderful time to do the outreach exhibition of reproduction of paintings by famous artists on the life of Jesus Christ. During the summer, one of our workers together with volunteers did such exhibitions in Rivne, Sarny, Dubno, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mariupol, Mykhailivka, Dnipro, and Kyiv. Participation in this ministry has influenced the team, changed their attitude towards the outreach, and inspired local churches.

Youth and Children’s Camps

The youth camp LOST had great comments from the campers. It was done in Zalissya in July. There were repentances of young people, learning about the Lord, new acquaintances, and strengthening of friendship. This year, young brothers and sisters under 25 were responsible for running the camp. Immediately after the youth camp, many young men and girls went to serve in the camp for children where they were instructors/leaders and shared their faith with children. That was especially valuable. It wasn’t always easy, often they needed more experience and knowledge, but at the same time it was interesting, fun, unexpected, and with a great trust in God.

How to Become a Missionary Family?

A young family from Rivne notified the local church about their desire to serve God as missionaries. This couple is the one you do not usually want to say goodbye to. They are in good standing in church and are very fruitful in their ministry. In July, they had a short mission trip to the places of high concentration of non-Christian people where our mission serves. Pavlo and Anna are getting ready to have a short trip to East Asia this coming fall in order to get into unfamiliar culture, to estimate their strength, and of course, to search God’s will for a place of future ministry. The church is raising money for this project, however, we ask all who God touches and encourages to pray and join!

Yakutia is Getting Closer

We have been praying for moving of the missionary family of Andriy and Halyna to serve in Yakutia. Thanks to the participation of many brothers and sisters from all over the world, this project has become a reality! Praise God, they have been able to purchase a special frost-resistant transport which they can use on winter roads to get to remote places in Yakutia where the Gospel has not been preached yet. It is planned that the family will move to Yakutia this September. Will you, please, support them with your prayers and participation? We will be happy to provide you with more information about this ministry.

Ministry to Non-Christian National Minority

The Lord put a nation alongside Ukrainians and until recently it has been considered one of the most difficult to evangelize. After several years of sacrificial ministry of the Ukrainian team, God softened the hearts and gave friendly relations with several families and children. This summer our ministers are running an outreach camp for them again. Please, pray for safety of all participants of the ministry, for His protection, and for wisdom for the first converted people. They have huge cultural differences from Ukrainians, therefore it is our dream to have a local church that would be able to accept these people and strengthen them in faith.
