We give thanks to God for the New Year’s youth conference that was held at the campground in Zalisya from December 31 to January 2. The topic of this year’s conference was “Rooted in Christ.”

The event was attended by young people aged between 15 and 30 from Warsaw, Krakow, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Rivne, Vinnytsia. Kamyansky, Mariupol, Zdolbunov. Most of them are believers – the church youth, but some of them found themselves in such an environment for the first time.

One of the interesting things during the conference was that the older believers served the young brothers and sisters. It was a great testimony of God’s love that reigns in the Church. And the administrative issues were taken care of by the faithful servants who love God and His people, and are committed to His cause. So, we are thankful to these people for organizing such a great event!

We believe that the messages of the conference had a great influence on the lives and minds of the listeners as they gave impetus to a practical, living relationship with Christ, Who is able to change our lives.

Here is what we’ve heard from some participants:

“During the conference, we had an opportunity to be present at a huge ‘spiritual feast.’ Wherever I went: whether it was at the dinner table, or in the dorm, or outside; I could hear people laughing and sharing their thoughts about what they’ve heard. As I watched all this, a thought flashed through my mind, “How great and wonderful the God’s Church, His Bride is!” People have come from all over the country, some even from abroad, and the spirit of unity is felt in the air as if we have all known each other for many years, all united by faith in Christ and are seeking to be rooted in Him.

As we were looking at 2020 in the rearview mirror, it was accompanied with various competitions, laughter, and fun! But the most important thing is that we all entered the New Year of 2021 with a prayer on our lips. Everybody stayed up late, talking well into the wee hours, while some had heart-to-heart conversations, some played board games, some went out for a walk to get the fresh air on the property of Zalisya … It was a really blessed time together!”

“It was my fifth time at the conference. I like the conference Reloading itself: the atmosphere, the undiluted Word without admixtures, and the time when I can be focused on the most important things… As for me, Reloading is a desert in which God does not allow you to look at the lovers of your heart and just works on the person’s soul by Himself.

I’d like to share the following thoughts that stood out to me this time:

Christ did not try to exalt Himself as people were crying out HOSANNA, and He did not consider Himself wretched as they were crying out Crucify Him!

There is no other God in heaven but Christ!

True worship always begins in the heart, but our outward behavior is a way of showing Him to the world.

Thank you to everyone who organized the event – we have a great need in such conferences!”
