On June 1, the staffers of the IPO Hope to People visited the11 All-Ukrainian Contest “Young Bible Experts,” which was held at the National University “Ostroh Academy.”
The event brought together 132 school students, who have passed qualifying tryouts in their cities and villages, and there also were their Christian ethics teachers and parents of some students.
The general 2018 topic was: “Christianity Is the Spiritual Choice of the Ukrainian People.” (Which was dedicated to the 1030th anniversary of the Rus-Ukraine Baptism).
Before the opening of the solemn ceremony, the team of the magazine “Word to the Teacher” met with representatives of the Eastern European Humanitarian Mission from the United States of America and Ukraine to express thankfulness to them for their cooperation. It was very nice to meet with the staff of the Scientific Research Laboratory of Christian Ethics, Christian Psychology, Christian Pedagogy, and teachers of Christian ethics. There was also a great opportunity to present the magazine.
The truth of God’s Word is what will keep the younger generation from moral corruption and, will provide the nation with the solid future. This is exactly what the book of Proverbs says, “He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, but he that does not care of his ways shall perish.” (Proverbs 19:16)
