On April 23, 2024, the Klevan Special School # 1 hosted a festive event — the musical performance “Why Do Frogs Croak Cheerfully?” (based on the story by Angela Chudovets). Third-grade students made their debut in the play under the leadership of Christian ethics teacher, and mission worker, Ruslana Kovalchuk, teachers: Valentina Yaskula, Lyudmila Yukhymchuk, Nataliya Chovgan, Nataliya Sokolovska, Kateryna Khadzhieva.
Primary school students with their teachers, parents, and the institution’s administration were present in the auditorium. Everyone really enjoyed the story about accepting a true Friend performed by young actors. Even the final song of the performance was sung by everyone together:
– Glory, glory to God! —
Sing my heart
And you sing together
In different voices.
Brothers, sisters,
My dad and mam,
And all my family –
Everyone, please sing along.
At the end of the holiday, all those present were treated to yummy sweets by employees from the Hope to People Mission, which provided organizational support for the event.
