From July 21 to 27, a camp for teens (15-17 years old) called Who Is Loved by God was held. The Lord gathered young people from different regions of Ukraine (Shepetivka, Pluzhne village, Khmelnytskyi region, Lviv, Mukachevo, Rivne), there were children from Special School #1 in Klevan village and from the Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children in Oleksandriya village, Rivne region). The teens attended a seminar \u201cMoney and Property: The Search for Pleasure.\u201d They reflected on the following question: How does our attitude towards money and property reflect our relationship with God? While money and other property can be an indicator of a person\u2019s financial health, how we use them indicates the quality of our relationship with God. The issue of money and property is a matter of the heart. They show what our heart is really inclined towards. That is why the New Testament has so much to say about the issue of money and property, because, as Jesus Christ said: \u201cFor where your treasure is, there your heart will be also\u201d (Matthew 6:21)<\/p>\n

During this seminar, some teenagers, who previously thought that everything they have was earned by their own efforts and is their own property, reevaluated their thinking, realizing that all this was given to them by the Lord and they are accountable to Him.<\/div>\n

The teenagers performed various camp tasks: video clips, a photo report with special effects, published a camp newspaper with various sections, in which they covered the topics studied during the seminar.<\/div>\n

here were also entertainment activities, such as QUEST, brain-ring, and visits to thermal waters and aquaparks in Beregovo and Mukachevo.<\/div>\n

\u201cThis is my first time at a Christian camp. I was able to learn more about God and strengthen my faith, since I came here completely immature. My mentor and the guys were able to open my eyes to all you can learn about God. I got to know new guys. Some of them have the same tragic life story as mine. These five days were interesting and useful for my life. When I came here, I thought: why am I doing this, but when I was here, I realized that this is exactly what I need, and it was this camp that opened the Word of God to me more deeply<\/em>\u201d (Yura B., Shepetivka, father is a military man, older brother is missing, and mother has oncology, but she recently accepted Jesus Christ).<\/div>\n
