{"id":3247,"date":"2018-01-22T18:44:50","date_gmt":"2018-01-22T18:44:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hopetopeople.avahost.ws\/?p=3247"},"modified":"2019-04-24T18:46:14","modified_gmt":"2019-04-24T18:46:14","slug":"why-to-listen-to-the-seminar-living-history","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hopetopeople.org\/en\/why-to-listen-to-the-seminar-living-history\/","title":{"rendered":"Why to listen to the seminar Living history?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, January 22, the Storyline seminar was held at the 23rd Missionary Conference in the missionary church Community of the Good Shepherd.<\/p>\n<p>The Storyline\u00a0is developed to help Christians discover God\u2019s original plan, the role of God\u2019s people, and God\u2019s world history. This study provides new perspectives about God and His global mission.<br \/>\nThe participants learnt the most important biblical, historical, cultural, and strategic realities that help understand the Great Commission. They also discovered their lives play an important role in God\u2019s big history.<\/p>\n<p>People learnt that the lives of such missionaries as William Carey, Hudson Taylor, Cameron Townsend and Donald McGavran became part of the great God\u2019s history. A diverse and exciting history of salvation is being written nowadays as well.<\/p>\n<p>There are many countries where people give their lives for faith in Christ, so the participants prayed about persecuted churches of East Asia. Today we also listened to the testimony of the gospel work in Yakutia \u00a0and prayed about unreached peoples of Yakutia.<\/p>\n<p>A lot of scripture texts confirm that missionary work is God\u2019s will for his followers.
