{"id":492,"date":"2019-01-15T12:16:37","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T12:16:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hopetopeople.avahost.ws\/?p=492"},"modified":"2019-07-27T15:52:32","modified_gmt":"2019-07-27T15:52:32","slug":"we-thank-god-for-one-more-year-with-word-to-the-teacher-magazine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hopetopeople.org\/en\/we-thank-god-for-one-more-year-with-word-to-the-teacher-magazine\/","title":{"rendered":"We Thank God for one more year with Word to the Teacher magazine!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Each meeting of the editorial board of the Word to the Teacher magazine is always a joyful gathering of friends, an exchange of ideas, a discussion of topical issues of society and solving the publishing process issues, it is spiritual food and a common prayer.<\/p>\n<p>Thank God for the opportunity to meet again on December 14 in Rivne and work fruitfully. This time, it was decided that the general theme of the issues in 2019 would be \u201cThe Family in the Light of the Bible\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, there were many thanks for the way the ministry of the Christian spiritually-enlightening and educational magazine Word to the Teacher was developed in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>We are grateful to God for the diverse support of our edition by the All-Ukrainian Charity Fund &#8220;East European Humanitarian Mission&#8221;. Unfortunately, another public organization, which was our partner in the magazine&#8217;s publication, closed this year.<\/p>\n<p>A significant part of the magazine\u2019s circulation is distributed through a subscription via Ukrainian State Postal Service. Information about the magazine is available in the Catalog of subscription editions of Ukraine. Thank God, this year the number of subscribers has increased. Some copies are issued by churches, organizations and individuals.For many years now, the International Public Organization \u201cHope to People\u201d has been a regular fan and friend of the magazine\u2019s publishing.<\/p>\n<p>To deliver information about the magazine to more potential subscribers, we used the Ukrainian State Postal Service for the delivery and sale of magazines in each post office in the Rivne region. All text materials of the journal in Ukrainian are available on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/slovovchitelyu.org\/\">http:\/\/slovovchitelyu.org\/<\/a>\u00a0in the public domain. The website is visited by more than 10,000 readers per month. We kindly invite you to subscribe to the Word to the Teacher page on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>This year there have been some changes: we changed the printing house, updated the design of our logo, and number 3 and number 4 were arranged by a new designer (this turned out to be temporary, so now we are looking for a Typesetter\/Designer).<\/p>\n<p>An important event of the outgoing 2018 was the meeting of the Word to the Teacher extended editorial board on June 21. After analyzing more than ten years of our ministry, we consulted regarding our future work, outlined a strategic line of development for the future, relying on the mercy and providence of the Lord in everything.<\/p>\n<p>The members of the editorial board had an interesting presentation meeting with Christian entrepreneurs of the city of Rivne on October 17, 2018 in the premises of one of the Rivne schools. The purpose of the meeting was to popularize the Word to the Teacher magazine as the only Christian educational periodical in Ukraine and to enlist the support of businessmen. During communication, it was suggested that all Rivne secondary schools (72 institutions) together with all Rivne teachers of spiritual and moral education (more than 160 people) should be subscribed to the magazine. In the future, we plan to hold a reading conference for those teachers who receive the magazine.
