“And so you became a model to all…The Lord’s message rang out from…” (1 Thessal. 1:7-8).
On the 20th of January, 2013, the 17th Missionary conference started in the church “Communion of Good Shepherd”. The missionaries and ministers from different parts of Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Lugansk, Rivne regions), Russia (Primorskij Krai), and the USA came to the conference.
The director of the mission “Send International” in Ukraine, Eric Oldenburg, was preaching at the first day. Based on Luke 14:15-25, he encouraged Christians to follow the values of God’s Kingdom, not to follow earthly and social values instead of preaching about the Savior. Nothing has to disturb believers to testify every person without exceptions about what Christ did in their lives.
The participants of the conference heard the information about the spread of the Gospel among the Roma people in the east of Ukraine, about the work of the mission Send International in Ukraine and beyond, about ministry in Primorskij Krai and the spread of the Gospel to unreached nations.
The worship team from church “”Stream of Life” from Zdolbuniv blessed all participants through leading worship.
During evening worship time, conference guests were sharing about how God has called them for ministry and dedicate their lives fully.
