Klevan boarding school for children with visual impairments hosted an Easter educational event.
On April 25, during Maundy Thursday, third-grade pupils with their teachers and Christian ethics teacher Ruslana Kovalchuk conducted an educational quest “The journey to Calvary” for the 2-6 grades pupils. The Word of God and songs of praise sounded during the whole event.
Our friends John and Marilyn from Memphis (USA) and the staff of the IPO Hope to People also attended the event.
Calvary cross made all nature cry,
Calvary cross shaked the earth.
The blood on the cross for the sins of mankind,
Belongs to our Savior – Innocent Christ.
The children have visited the stations: “Upstairs Room”, “Gethsemane”, “Courtyard of Caiaphas”, “Palace of Pilate”, “Calvary”. They learned more about the last earthly days of Jesus Christ.
