Can you imagine a church in provincial town with a few dozens of members that hosts an event for the young people and attendance is bigger than the church membership? No, not 2-3 people more but rather 2-3 more? Well, if one is used to miracles, maybe that person can. We are not used to miracles and for us it was a smile from the Lord.

English. Many young people would like to speak English and use it a lot. However Ukraine does not have many native speakers teaching and even certified teachers very rarely learned English with the native speakers. So, a little church brought 7 young native speakers… and thus HUNDREDS of young people showed up for… just speaking in English. And it was followed by a separate youth outreach with outing, outside of our provincial town.

We, members and a youth group of Dubno Revival church, were hoping to communicate the gospel but not too many people are willing to listen. But just when we did the same, still communicated the gospel, but decided to do in English… people would listen.

An event following the ESL outreach, wasn’t just for fun and cool time, but 3 days in a forest make people closer to one another and help to build friendship that should last.

At the same time, during mentioned ESL event, a few young families started to visit those activities. What did it mean for us? We had to fully change the plans for the church-family camp. And instead of being just a church camp, we invited those families to join us… and they have bitted us in numbers, there were more of those who needed to hear the gospel.

Each out of three days started with a Bible devotion, than lots of free time, competitions, quests, Christian videos (like “Facing the giants”), and we had three well known in the region preachers that came to us.

So, we would like to thank everyone who stood behind the camp, although our church was able to raise part of the needed amount, the whole thing was not possible without you.

Ok… by the way, a new Bible study was opened in the result and some of those young families now study the Bible with us. Each Wednesday. You may come too. It is not a joke.
