Exhibition of the reproductions of famous painters works on Life of Jesus Christ has been a powerful tool for information and sharing the Gospel for many years. Workers of the Christian mission Hope to People have been using it. During the excursion the visitors can travel through the New Testament pages and hear the Good News.
During February and March, our workers Ruslana Kovalchuk, Arkadiy Slyoza, and Mykola Nikitin were able to show the exhibition at several educational institutions of Rivne region.
On February 21st,students of the specialized school in the village of Tuchyn, Rivne region, were interested in watching paintings on the Bible stories, listened about creation of the paintings, answered the questions about the life of Jesus Christ. After the excursion they received Christian literature and the youngest students got gifts from the Samaritan Purse.
On March 14th, one of the halls of the Dubno school Wisdom turned into the exhibition hall. It is important to teach children about the art, even more if the paintings tell them about the most important thing – life of Jesus, His victory on Golgotha, His glorious resurrection, and the promise to come again for His faithful.
On March 20th, the exposition was at the Dubno school #7. At the same time there was an Olympiad in Christian Ethics which is organized annually by the public association Called to Win! and the Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education. Praise be to God that God’s Word continues to spread at the educational institutions even in such a difficult time in our country.
The exhibition visited the Taras Shevchenko school in the village of Ozhenyn on March 21st. The atmosphere was surprisingly sincere and open. Kids listened and paid attention, asked questions, invited us to come again, were happy to accept the Bibles, Christian literature, and magazines.
Altogether about a thousand people heard the Gospel through this ministry, diving into the life of Jesus Christ through the art. Please pray for children’s and teacher’s hearts and that they will open for Christ. Pray for the future generation of Ukraine.
