Dear brothers and sisters,

Its a great pleasure for us to be able to share with all who are praying as well as our fellow-workers in Gods field, the blessings we experienced during our participation in SALT training course.
From January to March 2021, the Russian speaking church leaders had a great opportunity to be taught by the team of McLean Bible Church ministers through Zoom. Mainly, the course was focused on planting new churches across the country and beyond. Simultaneously, over 200 people could get trained and equipped with practical guidelines of how to be efficient in planting new churches.

The final of an online study, became a follow-up meeting of the SALT participants, which took place on March 5-8, in the city of Rivne at the Hope to People mission agency. Praise God it was very productive time for both pastors and lay ministers church planters in Ukraine. Some are already well underway into this process, others are just making their first steps, preparing to get into it. Within these days, a lengthy and profound interview-assessment was organized for the brothers to help them pinpoint their weaknesses and strengths in the area of personal growth and practical ministry. We find this training especially valuable since it is based on individual discipling that is going to be offered by competent pastors to brothers, who are just getting involved in the ministry, with the goal of developing and instilling leadership qualifications in them.

We pray it will get off to a good start and take roots in Ukraine, so the churches would multiply without stopping, and the ministers would be willing to plant new and new churches in the years to come. We would like to express our gratefulness to Timofey Dovgaluk and Gregory Gibson for their time and recourses, hard work and efforts in getting equipped the church ministers here in Ukraine and beyond.

Our hopes and prayers that this project will extend further and find its use on the larger scale that will contribute to bringing fruit for Kingdom of God. We would be very excited if you could join us in prayers for this ministry!

May God help us!
