This was the name of the day Christian camp for students of 5-7 grades. The camp was held at the Rivne Ukrainian gymnasium on June 3-7, 2019.

Every day, the children had an opportunity to consider one theme at a time, “Jesus Christ is the Son of God,” “Jesus Christ is the Man,” “Jesus Christ is the Great Teacher,” “Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God,” “Jesus Christ is the King.” At each of these Bible lessons, the students were taught about the Person of Jesus Christ, presented by each of these facets. Students also memorized Bible verses on each topic.
In the morning, there was a general gathering of children and activities in the teams. The children sang the songs of praise and participated in Bible quizzes. During the camp, children had a chance to participate in various activities: handicrafts, sports and English. And on top of that, there was a delicious snack with freshly baked buns.
After lunch, everybody was playing a collective game that had much in common with the theme of a particular day.

Here are a few reviews from children:

“I really enjoyed spending time in this camp. That was fun! I’ve been attending the camp for the third year in a row already, and I love it for the atmosphere that rules throughout the camp. I really like listening to the Bible stories, praying to God, playing all the games and having fun at the crafts.
Once I came to this camp, I learned how to pray and to believe in God. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge for myself and have come to love Jesus Christ. I realized that I won’t be able to get saved by some good deeds. I only have to believe in Jesus Christ, as my personal Savior. Every year, I become more and more eager to get to know and glorify God”
(Maxim, Seventh Grade).

“Listening to the Bible lessons, I realized that I should not just sit around when I’m in the camp or at home. We must make the most of the time and learn to glorify God! And I also got to learn to forgive others, especially those who hurt my feelings. Now, I want to learn how to do the right things in the sight of God. I also enjoyed very much eating candies, which were given out in the camp during and after the game – candy rain” (Svetlana, Sixth Grade).

I am grateful to the Lord, Jesus Christ, who gathered the team for this camp and gave us unity and love for each other.
Thank you all for your prayers!

May God bless you!

Respectfully,
