The Lord blesses and expands the work of our brother Youness. Because of the war, he and his family moved from Ukraine to France, where he immediately began serving Ukrainian refugees. A group of people who seek God and have a desire to study His Word has already been formed from among them. Also, our brother helps collect humanitarian aid for Ukrainians and then organizes its delivery to the needy. Oftentimes, these people need help in solving various problems, and sometimes quite difficult situations arise, but the Lord knows everything and sends His people to give a helping hand in advance. Thus, a woman from Ukraine needed help with the execution of a power of attorney, but neither she nor brother Youness knew how to do it abroad, since he had never dealt with this before. And then one day, just going on business trip to another city, he went to the first notary’s office, where he “accidentally” met a Christian from Portugal who helps Ukrainians. The notary public helped and everything was resolved in the best possible way, and it was a miracle from the Lord and a powerful testimony to all who knew about the problem.

During his stay in France, brother Youness met many visitors from Muslim countries. He meets with them personally, invites them to worship services and, together with the local team, provides them with all kinds of help. Also, our brother maintains relationships with Muslims whom he served while he was in Ukraine. It is good that he has the opportunity to communicate with most of them remotely. And in this way, the gospel can be sown into people’s hearts.

Maria, the wife of Youness, not only takes care of her four children, but also conducts Bible classes for the children of other refugees. As they get together they draw, make crafts and listen to stories from the Word of God, which has the power to comfort and heal little hearts that have already experienced so much horror. Pray that the Lord would bless this ministry, that He would send faithful helpers and that people’s hearts would be open to Christ’s calling.

Pray that the Lord would bless this ministry, that He would send faithful helpers and that people’s hearts would open to Christ’s calling. Pray that there will be an opportunity to care for even more victims from Ukraine, who have been through a lot and need special care and mental rehabilitation.
