In the spring of this year, our brothers and sisters from Iran traveled more than 1000 km to participate in a blessed church fellowship, corporate worship, and instruction in the Word of God. And most importantly, they came to witness as nine people made a covenant with Christ through water baptism! We are very grateful to all who continue supporting the Iranian ministry with their prayers and various help!
The situation in Iran remains difficult. Christians are persecuted, and there is a threat of arrests and even physical torture. Please continue to pray for the persecuted Persian Church of Christ! Pray for the liberation of Iran for the preaching of the gospel!
Co-workers of the Iranian ministry in the diaspora have the desire to plant a Christian Persian church in one of the countries where many Iranian refugees are seeking asylum. However, our brothers and their families will not be completely safe in this country. Pray for God’s protection of Persian ministers from as they are being threatened, and for Iranian Christians to be wise and effective in evangelizing their people.
Pray for the development of media ministry in the Persian language, so that the Lord will send resources for the remote participation of evangelists in the life of the church in Iran, the printing of literature, the creation and broadcasting of quality evangelical programs, as well as for the trips of Iranian believers abroad to participate in Christian conferences.
